An interface is needed for connecting a computer to the LocoNet.
The main function of such an interface is to provide exact timing and buffering of messages between the PC and LocoNet.

The following types are available:

• RS232 → Loconet
  • LocoBuffer
  • MS100 (difficult to support)
  • GCA85

• USB → Loconet, (which is practically the same as RS232)
  • LocoBuffer-USB

• Ethernet → Loconet

• LBServer to share a LocoBuffer
• GCA101
