CAN-ter patch panel for CAN handhelds like CAN-GC5 or CAN-GC12
This unit was developed for the larger N-track railroad at model railroad club in Deventer. MSCD
While a large number of trains are controlled by Rocrail, there was a wish to do some playing on the fiddle yard.
Specially for the CAN-GC12 (for controlling railswitches) it was a perfect solution.
It is a simple unit with three RJ10 connectors.
To avoid distorsion while plugging in, each connector supplies 12V via a 12 Ohm resistor,
This reduces the sudden load current to the load capacitor in the handheld.
