Tablets/Convertibles with Windows are commonly available, and are a good alternatives for Android/iOS based tablets because Rocview can directly be used on those platforms.
The tablets come with at least 4GB of memory, and Rocview uses only about 0.5GB. (Depending on how large the loaded layout is.)
Check for good value for money local shop offerings.
Also Touch Screens(DE) are for all platforms available, even for the small Raspberry Pi.
To make it easier/possible to control Rocview without a mouse, some Extra Options have been made available.
The installation on a tablet is the same as on any regular computer, and does not need any extra effort or optimisation.
A SupportKey is not needed but would be very welcome to keep Rocrail alive.
